The offering was several times oversubscribed, with strong interest from both Norwegian and international investors. Rasmussengruppen, which is associated with board member Trygve Lauvdal, was allocated 7.2 million shares. Norda and Victoria India Fund, both associated with board member Christian Åbyholm, were each allocated approximately 1.7 million shares.
