The US Department of Justice (DOJ) has been investigating Orexo’s former sales and marketing practices for its opioid dependence drug Zubsolv in the US since 2020.
Now, the lengthy process may be nearing its end. On Monday, the Uppsala-based company announced that it had reached a non-binding agreement in principle with the DOJ on a settlement.
