The licensing deal with Brussels-based Serb Pharmaceuticals provides Hansa Biopharma with a significant cash injection and the capacity to prepare for a potential US launch of imlifidase as early as next year, according to CEO Renée Aguiar-Lucander.

”This is highly significant. I truly believe this is an excellent deal for all parties involved under the circumstances. It is also immensely gratifying to secure a transaction that validates Hansa’s research, the product, and its market potential in this manner – not least in Europe,” she told Life Science Sweden.
