New head of Vinnova

While waiting for a new gerenal-director, Vinnova has got a substitute general-director.

The Swedish government

has appointed Lena Gustafsson as a pro tempore general-director and head of the Swedish Governmental Agency for Innovation Systems, Vinnova. She levaes the position as vice general-director. She started her position on January 1st, succeeding Per Eriksson, and will stay at this position until a new general-director has been appointed.

Lena Gustafsson

is professor in biotechnology at Chalmers University of Technology. In 2006 she head the position as vice general-director.
