One-step cleaning system for use in clean rooms

is a one-step-cleaning system, which dusts, cleans and wipes in one single movement –reducing the time used in the clean room compared to traditional mop systems. The novel mop system, presented at Scanlab+Biotech Forum by Berendsen Textil Service, has been developed in cooperation with Vileda Professional and has also been designed to give better ergonomics than traditional cleaning systems. The mops are manufactured using a durable 100 percent poly ether sulphone (PES) micro-fiber material. The use of micro-fibers is meant to ensure that particles are not only removed from the cleaned surface but are also captured by the mop. The mops come in two sizes, 50 or 35 centimeters wide, and are constructed to easily slide on the surface of floors, walls and ceilings in clean rooms and other controlled environments. www.berendsen.dk.
