The Multiplate analyzer

offers platelet function analysis in whole blood. The analyzer, on display at the Triolab booth at Scanlab+Biotech Forum, is primarily used for detecting the effects of different platelet inhibitors, for instance aspirin and clopridogrel. The system uses a test method based on impedance aggregometry. Some of the features of the Multiplate include the use of small sample volumes, automatic pipetting and an easy to use software that provides step by step support during measurements. Additionally each test cell is equipped with dual sensors to allowing for internal quality control during each measurement. www.triolab.com.
