There were fewer vistors this year but most exhibitors are content.

The Scanlab fair may have

had less people entering the premises this year – but the exhibitors are mostly content. They have been using everything from technical cooking shows to games to win the attention of the visitors. And as always – those who make an extra effort to expose themselves are always the ones that are most happy when the doors are closing. So I think there is a bright future for the Scanlab fair in Copenhagen.

The Biotech Forum is another story

with a very small seminar program and few nordic companies present this year. That is not good as I am convinced that Scandinavia needs a major meeting for the whole life science industry so that foreign investors, cluster representatives and big pharma can come to one place and meet all the great researchers and companies that resides in Scandinavia.
