Bioteknikbolaget Cantargia utvecklar antikroppsläkemedel som riktar sig mot proteinet IL1RAP som förekommer vid många sjukdomar. För tillfället pågår deras fas IIa- studie, Canfour, som studerar antikroppen CAN04 i kombination med två andra cellgifter i behandling av patienter med avancerad bukspottskörtelcancer.
